We had a mini-vacation at the end of the week as we made a quick trip out to Williamsburg for a friend's wedding. The kids did really well on the long drive there and back.
I can't remember how many weddings Kirk has done now. Four? Five? Something like that, I think. This is the first one I've attended, though. :c)
Sheri lost tooth #4. I've been trying to get her to sing, "All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth", but she doesn't want to sing it. She likes having her front teeth missing and doesn't want them back for Christmas. :cD
Elijah likes to suck his thumb a lot these days. He's found a new use for the pacifier, though. He thinks it makes a great teether and puts almost the entire thing in his mouth!

Hi Jen! I can't believe how big your kids are getting! And I am so jealous that your kids are out for the summer. We are in year round school here. It's just too hot to be in school!
Is Kirk the bishop these days? Why is he doing weddings?
They are growing up too fast! They got out of school on the 30th of May. I can't imagine year round school. Some of the nieces and nephews in Utah have year round school. I love summer vacation too much. :cD
Kirk has been the bishop here for just over 2 years now. It's hard to believe it's been that long already.
That's a lot of weddings! I haven't been to any of Todd's yet. It's kinda weird to think about. All the kids look great - how are you holding up with everyone home for summer?
I'm holding up pretty well considering my discovery that 5 kids is a lot of kids. :cD
We're going to the pool a lot and staying pretty busy. The Family Free Film Festival(or whatever order those words are supposed to go) starts Tuesday at the movie theater, so there's another thing to do to keep them entertained!
I would love an afternoon by myself to just sit and sew, or read, or knit... or just sleep. Hahaha!
