This evening I was relaxing in bed with a cup of hot chocolate(with cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne, of course), catching up on emails and blogs, general surfing around, enjoying a rare moment of being completely lazy. I was relaxed and peaceful.
Then I realized tomorrow is October 1st.
And I realized we haven't begun to think about Halloween costumes.
And I have 5 kids.
And we were planning on a homemade Christmas this year.
And tomorrow is October 1st.
And suddenly I'm not so relaxed.
O.o
At least I am ready for Katelee's 11th birthday a week from tomorrow. Yeah. ELEVEN! Sheesh.

I can't believe it's October either. So much to do.
I can't believe that tiny little bundle of joy I first met at the Salt Lake City airport is going to be the BIG 1-1!!!!! But I do love how she has grown.... an AWESOME young lady! :O)
It's funny, I still feel like I am recovering from last years holiday chaos....and now it's about to begin all over again.
(don't get me wrong though....I'll love every minute of t!)
