why do you treat me this way? At least this Monday is done with. On with the rest of the week.
Tomorrow is Elijah's annual CT and a check-up with the neurosurgeon at Duke. This time of year always brings mixed emotions. I'm excited for the trip, though! It's always great to see Dr. Grant and I just love Duke. It will be a sort of break for me as well, since I will just have Elijah with me. The rest of the kids will be home with Kirk. Hopefully Elijah will be happy in the car and not yell at me the whole 6 hours of driving time. That could make the day not so enjoyable. ;c)
I am so far behind on my recipe advent. Ugh! I've been busy and most of my recipes aren't exactly written-out recipes. I have some good ones to share when I can find the time, though! I won't be getting caught up tomorrow, since I won't be here, but it's my goal this week to catch up.
