I have so much to share!

I have pictures from our last few months and our trip to Disney World that I need to edit and post. We had so much fun!

We'll start with a story about a new TV. We bought one at the end of March and put it down in our recently re-carpeted family room. It was a nice TV until about a week ago. The TV had lived in our house for exactly 3 months and two days.

Then, while my mother and Spencer were watching it...



there was a flash of light, a pop and the TV went off. Oh no! We had bought it from Best Buy Online, so we called their local authorized TV repair place. We spoke with them today and described what happened and told them about how there is now a crack on the screen. He said that Samsung usually won't replace it if there is a crack.



What?!?! The crack is from the *inside*! It happened because of a manufacturing defect. Kirk doesn't think the guy believed him. He asked for pictures, so we sent some.

Samsung had better replace this TV. You can't even feel the crack from the outside of the TV. It's pretty apparent to me that it's from the inside. What does it look like to you?

From the last picture,,, on the inside for sure! Isnt it crazy.. I find myself saying "They sure dont make things like they used to." I remember my grandparents saying that! We have purchased 2 over the range Microwaves in the last 6 years.... and guess what, we get to purchase a 3rd b/c ours blew out this morning! :( :(

I really do hope that Samsung or Best Buy replaces your TV!
