10 & 11/365

I guess a good way to jinx myself is to point out that I was doing well! I mention it and then don't post the next day's photo. :cD Elijah and I have been a bit under the weather the last few days and I was feeling especially bad yesterday. At least I have a photo. I am sure a day will come soon when I don't even take one. I started off the project knowing I would need to give myself a little slack, though, so I'm going to keep on going even when I do start to miss. As long as I don't get weeks behind in posting pictures, like I did last year, then I will be happy.

Yesterday's photo is of my camera's new home. I got the bag earlier in the week.

The picture was taken with my older camera, so that my new one could be in the photo.

And today's photo is a lesson/reminder to me that I really shouldn't wait until after dark to take the photo of the day. The yarn in the photo really is a gorgeous mix of red, burgundy, orange and pink. The picture does not do it justice. I wanted to show what I'm trying out - knitting two pairs of socks at once on one circular needle. It's LOTS of fun! I can see how people get addicted to sock knitting. :c)
