30/365

Outside of my comfort zone. I have been told a bit often lately(and already knew) that I am not in many pictures. That is for two reasons. One is that I am always the one taking the pictures. The other is that I really, really hate pictures of myself. A lot. I want to try and be better about this, though, so today's picture is of me.

And you know what I noticed today?

I think I'm starting to get a little old. :cP

It's ok, though. I have loved the 30's even more than the 20's, so turning 36 will be just as welcome as the first 35 years.

Hey, you changed your hair! I love it. We'll have to get together again in the next week or so. This week is down to Duke for a checkup on the new shunt. Maybe we can stop in one morning next week.

THAT's my BEAUTIFUL daughter!!! But how come my mind still sees her as that cute little 2-yr-old "'nifer"? You will never grow old to yo' momma! ;o)

Thanks, everyone, for the kind comments. :c)

Michelle, we'll be here any day and you are welcome to stop by! Just let me know when you want to come. It will be good to see you guys again.

Wow, can I relate to this post or what?!? :) I have so many photos of my children but only a few of me and for the exact same reasons you mentioned. One of my goals for 2009 is to be in more photos. I owe it to my children. They need to be able to have a visual reminder of what I looked like even if I don't want a visual reminder!

Thanks so much for your comment on MomShots! I can totally relate to what you said. Also, your comment about a regular back up is brilliant. This is seriously post worthy! Actually, would you possibly be interested in writing a guest post about that?

You come to my site and so nicely leave a comment and now I'm trying to put you to work! :) LOL!

But seriously, I haven't really put a whole lot of thought into back up systems or solutions. If you would be interested in writing up a post about your experience, I know it could help out a whole lot of other moms out there. Email me if you are interested - momshotsatyahoodotcom.

Thanks! Your family is ADORABLE, by the way!!!
